Use this Siemens SIRIUS soft starter for the soft starting and stopping of 3-phase asynchronous motors. It features a 2-phase control that maintains minimum current values all the way through startup. Soft starting reduces start-up torque, which means less stress on your motor and protects the mains supply from line-voltage dips and current peaks. This starter includes integrated diagnostic functions and adjustable trip classes. It provides your system with motor overload and intrinsic device protection without the need for additional wiring.
